Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of items.

Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original packaging with all parts and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Small Animal Treats & Food (opened or unopened)
• Used, damaged, or improperly cleaned toys and habitats
• Items not in original packaging
• Products that have been assembled or modified

Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

5. Securely package the item and mail to provided address

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong or defective item). For approved exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
